Our Return Policy

FAULTY OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCT
If you receive a product that is faulty or incomplete, please contact us within 90 days of receipt to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns authorized under the parameters of our warranty should be mailed or brought to our address.

Products found to be faulty or incomplete will be replaced.

NON-FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCT
Non-faulty products and products that are the wrong items from what you ordered may only be returned with our authorization via an RMA number, within 90 days of receipt, and if they are in correct working condition and the complete original packaging.

If an exchange product is not available then a refund may be given.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING ANY GOODS
Please contact us first before returning any goods in order to be issued an RMA number.

After we record the necessary information, we will evaluate your return request and provide you with the RMA number.

A replacement or refund may only be given after we have issued you an RMA number and received and inspected your returned item and proof of purchase. Please write your RMA number on/near the packaging label when you send your item(s) to us.

Failure to obtain an RMA number before returning an item will result in a processing delay in an effort to contact you to fill out an RMA and, if applicable, obtain a proof of purchase. If these conditions are not met within a reasonable time period the product(s) may be disposed of or returned to the sender at their expense.
