Seitz Scientific Industries Inc. is the original manufacturer of the Mike Lite ("Lip Light"). Only a Seitz "Lite" is authorized by the U.S. Army for use in Army aircraft because only our Mike Lites meet all 20 specifications outlined in the original R&D contract (Contract No. DAAK60-90-C-0041).

Mike Lite (ML-8) $49.75 MIKE LITE: (NVIS Green A, normal brightness). This is absolutely the BEST color of green light to use with NVGs. Compatible with all night vision goggles and devices. Preserves dark adaptation. A generation III product. Has a Push ON - Push OFF switch that can be actuated by the lip or tongue. A slight push on the switch causes momentary light, while a further push keeps the light on until another push turns the light off. Uses 2 ea. AA batteries (not included). Mike Lite (ML-14) $61.90 MIKE LITE: (Very Bright NVIS Green A & Very Bright Unfiltered White light). Two very bright unfiltered White LEDs and one very bright NVIS Green A LED. This light is by far our brightest. It was originally designed for crewmembers in the cabin, such as Air MEDEVAC, or cargo aircraft. However, some pilots choose to use this for flight. Use Green when preserving dark adaptation is desirable. Use white when seeing colors are necessary. Provides enough bright white light to examine patients. The light ships with two battery holders, one for two AA batteries (3.0 volts) and one for three AA batteries (4.5 volts). Mike Lite Dimmer (ML-DIM) $12.35 Mike Lite Dimmer. Works with ALL Mike Lites. Just snap in line between battery pack and Mike Lite. Allows user to increase or decrease light output of any Mike Lite. Optimizes available battery life by allowing user to decrease the Mike Lite output with fresh batteries. As battery life decreases, user slowly increases output to maintain favorite light setting. Also convenient to adjust the light output to compensate for various ambient light conditions as well as different levels of dark adaptation. Also works with Fingerlights if used with the Fingerlight AA Battery Adapter (FLAA).	Mike Lite (ML-10) $49.75 MIKE LITE: (Red light). Same as the ML-8 except - has three Red LEDs for light. Preserves dark adaptation. For use in Red lit cockpits. Not for use with NVG operations. Uses 2 ea. AA batteries (not included).
Mike Lite (ML-12) $61.90 MIKE LITE: (Red & White light). Has Two Red LEDs as the ML-10 and One Xenon lamp as the ML-9. Switch from Red to White at the battery pack. Uses 2 ea. AA batteries (not included).	Mike Lite (ML-20) $61.90 MIKE LITE: (IR light). Has three IR LEDs. Because LEDs do not produce heat they are invisible to FLIR systems. The IR works well with all goggles. For use where ambient light is not available. The three IR LEDs will emit IR light that the goggles can see for 200' or more. LEDs last indefinitely. Uses 2 ea. AA batteries (not included).
Mike Lite (ML-15) $61.90 MIKE LITE: (2ea. Red LEDs and 1ea) NVG compatible White LED. Use red when preserving dark adaptation is desirable. Use White when seeing colors is necessary. While the White Light is not as bright as the Xenon lamp on the ML-14 or ML-14A it is a LED and will not break if dropped. Also the White LED uses far less power than the Xenon lamp and will burn continuously for 7 days on a pair of AA batteries.	Mike Lite (ML-19) $61.90 MIKE LITE: (White & IR light). For use where dark adaptation is not necessary and where a bright, white light is desired. LED average output is 1.2 Fc at 18". LEDs last indefinitely. Uses 2 ea. AA batteries (not included).
Mount Kit (MK-1) $4.95 MOUNT KIT: Mounts the Mike Lites above to a variety of aviator microphones. Comes with an assortment of clips to attach the Mike Lite to all but the thinnest of mike booms. Of course like all of our products it is guaranteed to work. NOTE: This item not required for military helmets using the standard M-87 or the M-162 Tempest microphones such as the SPH-4 and HGU-56 helmets. All Mike Lites already include necessary hardware to attach to these standard helmets. However, if your unit has replaced the standard microphone with something else, then this MK-1 kit is probably needed. Helps to prevent the shorting of the contacts on your equipment.	Weight Bag (BW-1) $5.80 WEIGHT BAG: Black, Cordura Nylon. For holding lead shot used to counterweight NVGs. Comes with a plastic 6 Mil. Zip-Lock bag to hold loose weights securely in the bag. Bag has double flap, and a full width 2" Velcro mounting strip. Bag is 4 1/2" wide X 3 1/2" high.
